With some of the boards examinations results already out and some which are slated to be displayed in coming weeks, I think I should ease your pressure.
I know what pressure you might be carrying on yourself whenever results days are near, we all have gone through that phase. Some of you might be scoring as per your expectations and even clinching the seat in your dream university or the institute. While some might be not scoring what they would have thought of or some of you would even get the negative result, it’s okay. Just keep in mind it is just the examination and it is not the end of world, the world beyond marks also remains open. Failing doesn’t decide your fate, it just tells you that somewhere you need to work a bit harder. Failing or getting less marks is something that might affect you or increases your anxiety. Don’t let it impact you in a negative way. Let me tell you, there are people who have failed in their academics but still manage to overcome the failure and built some giants companies. We don’t always get what we want and most of the times what we get is for our own betterment. God has decided our future in the best possible way and with every failure it teaches and makes us understand some important lessons in life. We all are student of life….
It shouldn’t affect you whether you have scored less, just passed or failed, it’s a mere examination. We don’t succeed in everything at one go. That was one tiny step that you would have taken in order to chase a dream you had, don’t give up that dream and don’t let that negative result affect you. If you need to talk to people, talk to your parents and people around you, who you think might be the backbone and even give you some inspiration. Most importantly don’t compare yourself with others, they have their own brains and they have their own way of understanding. You might be good at a sport whereas they might be worst at it. “Be the inspiration for others and lead by example”. Exams comes and goes, you need to learn from every failure that you come across, face it with a positive mindset. We all have failed in academics in some point of life, but don’t give up the dream. “Failure is the stepping stone to success”. Read books, surround yourself with the positive energies and most importantly bounce back with the positive result.
Failures are part of life and they aren’t your only life. Get up and face it, don’t let anything and anyone have a negative impact if you score less or fail in your boards. Let me draw your attention in our heartbeats, our heartbeats are up and down, up and down ….. What if there is a straight line? In the same way if you don’t have ups and downs in our lives, we haven’t lived our lives. If you feel that the results are affecting you in a negative way, speak to your family members, friends, your mentor and even anyone who might listen to you. I personally was weak in some of the subjects during my childhood, many times I too have went through that phase, what I did? Talked to my family members and some close friends of mine. I understand that life is beyond what we think.
Now most important thing that affected me and some people who have shared their experience with me is about ‘PEOPLE’. I know people points figure at us when we even don’t know about many. Don’t listen to them, they aren’t the one who gives us the motto in our life, it’s our family members and more importantly ourselves. They will criticize in your failure and they will the one who will come at your doors in your success. Till the time you have self confidence in yourself, it shouldn’t bother what others say.
All the best for your upcoming examination results and accept with dignity what you get. And be the success story……
